摘要
为了实现汽车轻量化,汽车覆盖件正在使用铝合金材料逐步代替钢板材料,由于材料属性的影响,冲制铝合金材料制件的模具与冲制钢板材料的制件的模具在设计制造上存在一定的区别。结合实际生产过程中的经验总结,阐述了冲制铝合金制件的拉伸模与冲制钢板材料制件的模具的不同之处。
In order to realize the lightweight of automobile, the aluminum alloy material is replacing the steel plate material gradually. Because of the influence of material properties, there are some differences in the design and manufacture of the die between punching aluminum alloy material part and punching steel plate material part. Combined with the experience of the actual production process, the difference between the drawing die of punching steel plate material part and punching aluminum alloy part is described.
