摘要
介绍了典型液压成形产品在汽车车身上的应用及优点,典型液压成形工艺,以及其有限元模拟分析与样件调试对比。针对液压成形过程中常见的问题提出了有效解决方案,重点从降本、轻量化方面进行了对比分析。
The application and advantages of typical hydroforming parts in automobile body, typical process and its CAE simulation and sample comparison are introduced in this paper. And make up a suggestion on how to solve the main problems during hydroforming.
