摘要
以一种冲压零件为研究对象,在坐标系中根据图形的解析几何性质列出切点坐标值和各线段弧长、重心坐标的数学模型,使用二分迭代法、辛普森法求解切点坐标和弧长等值。由于迭代次数多,人工无法完成,根据数学模型在编程软件中编制计算器,在计算器中输入冲压零件的图形尺寸参数,即可求出压力中心坐标值,为冲模设计提供了理论依据。
We mainly focuses on satmping parts according to the graph's analytic geometry properties in coordinates listed to the point of tangency coordinates figure, segment of the atc length and center of gravity,solved by dichotimy method , iterative method and Simpson's rule. Due to the number of iterations too much,it's too hard to finish by manpower.Use the mathematical model designed programmable calculator by a software, just input the stamping parts' dimension paramter, then get the pressure center coordinates figure, provided theoretical foundation for stamping die design.
