塑件常见缺陷及消除方法

随着我国汽车工业的发展,汽车上使用了大量的注射成型的塑件,如仪表板、保险杠、门护板、后视镜、门把手、柱护板等等,这些塑件在生产过程中容易出现问题。为了实现注射零缺陷的目的,必须从塑件结构、模具、工艺、材料(塑料原材料)、设备(注塑机)等方面入手。塑件出现质量问题时如何分析、解决;没有出现问题时或者在塑件设计时如何从塑件结构、模具、工艺等方面入手,避免可能出现的缺陷。对塑件常见缺陷及消除方法进行了分析。

With the development of interiorly automobile industry,injection molded plastic parts are used widely,such as dashboard, bumper, door guard, rearview mirror, door handle, column fender and so on,these parts are the most vulnerable parts in production. In order to achieve the purpose of zero defect injection molding,it must start with product structure, mould, process, material （plastic raw material）, equipment （injection molding machine） and so on.How to analyze and solve the quality problems of injection molding products;when there is no problem, or product design, how to avoid possible defects from the product structure, mold, process and so on.This paper analyzed and introduced the common defects and elimination methods of injection molding products.
