第14届全运会对西安体育发展战略影响研究

On Influence on Strategic Development of Sport of Xi'an by the Coming the 14h National Games

全运会作为国内最高级别的体育赛事,将会促进举办地体育事业的发展,也会带动当地体育产业进而推动经济的发展。第14届全运会的举办将直接对西安体育事业的发展产生直接、深远的影响。体育发展战略的制定应将陕西省举办第14届全运会作为一个重要考虑因素,特别是西安作为陕西省省会城市更应抓住机遇,通过全运会的举办推动体育相关领域的发展。研究以陕西举办第14届全运会为背景,从竞技体育、群众体育、体育产业、学校体育4个维度深入分析全运会对西安市体育事业发展的影响,以期为战略调整提供一定理论依据、为西安体育事业的可持续发展产生积极推进作用。

As a domestic sport event of the highest level,it will promote the sports＇ development of the host province,which will in turn fuel the development of local economy. Being the capital of Shanxi province city,Xi＇an will be the major arena to hold the 14 thNational Games which is bond to have immediate and profound influence on the development of the city＇s sports capacity. Thus,it is of high need to incorporate the 14 th national games into the strategic plan-making for sport. Xi＇an,as provincial capital,shall seize the opportunity offered by the National Games to promote the sports＇ development. This research,taking Shanxi province as host of the 14 th National Games,makes analysis of influence on Xi＇ an by the coming National Games in term of competitive sports,school sports,mass sports,sports industry. It aims to provide a certain theoretical basis for strategic adjustment and to promote the sustainable development of sports undertakings of Xi＇an.
