A Summary of the Research on Improving the Absorptive Capacity of Wind Power

近年来中国风力发电装机量和发电量逐年攀升,实现跨越式发展,但与此同时出现愈发严重的弃风限电现象,风电消纳问题日益突出。文中通过介绍中国风电发展及风电消纳现状,分析弃风率逐渐攀升的原因及政策措施的不足,结合国情及时代背景,讨论了促进风电消纳的应对措施。

In recent years,the amounts of China＇s wind power installed capacity and power generation increased year by year,which realizes great leap forward development.But at the same time there is an increasingly serious phenomenon of wind power limit,wind power consumption problem has become increasingly prominent.By introducing the current situation of wind power development and wind power consumption in China,this paper analyzes the reasons and shortage of policy measures,which leading abandoned wind rate gradually rising,and discusses the countermeasures to promote wind power consumption in combination with national conditions and background.
