绿色电力证书参与下的虚拟发电厂技术研究

摘要 随着新能源技术的快速发展,虚拟发电厂(virtual power plant,VPP)技术受到国内外越来越多学者的关注。虚拟发电厂技术是实现大规模可再生并网的技术。文中首先对VPP的基本概念做了简单介绍,然后分析了在绿色电力证书(Tradable Green Certificates,TGCs)参与下VPP所面临的问题,最后提出了一种解决方法。 With the rapid development of new energy technology,the virtual power plants technology has attracted more and more attention from scholars at home and abroad.The virtual power plant is the technology of realizing the largescale renewable grid.First the basic concept of the VPP is briefly introduced in this paper,and then the problem that the VPP facing under the participating of the tradable green certificates is analyzed.At last a solution is put forward.
