摘要
文中采用一种随机扩频调制的新方法来降低DC/DC转换器的EMI,对其原理及具体实现电路进行了研究,并通过仿真验证了该方法的有效性。该方法首先通过数字电路产生随机信号然后调制振荡器的充电电流,从而令原来固定的开关频率扩展,使其频谱幅值降低,实现了低EMI的目的。
In this paper,a new method of random spread spectrum technology is used to reduce the EMI of DC/DC converter,the principle and implementation circuit are studied,and the validity of the method is verified by simulation.First through the digital circuit this method generates a random signal and then modulates the oscillator charging current,so that the original fixed switching frequency expand,which decreases the spectral amplitude and lows EMI.
