浅谈高倍(功)率铅酸蓄电池的设计要点及检测 被引量:2

摘要 高倍率铅酸蓄电池是一个新型的通信后备产品,为数据中心、核心机房短时备电而设计;其放电时间通常在30 min以内。相对于普通型通信用阀控密封铅酸蓄电池,高倍率铅酸蓄电池有独特的设计及检测要点。目前市场上销售的高倍率铅酸蓄电池在设计及性能上差别较大,尚无对应的标准出台,给用户在选择上带来了很大的困惑。文章根据经验对高倍率蓄电池在设计及检测上的要点进行了简要的分析,旨在对高倍率铅酸蓄电池在设计、生产、检测及用户选择判断上有所参考。 High rate lead-acid battery is a new type of communication backup products,mainly for design of the data center,the core of the computer room short standby power.The discharge time is usually less than30 min.Compared with the common type of valve controlled sealed lead-acid battery,the high rate lead-acid battery has a unique design and testing points in the design and testing process.Currently on the market sales of high rate lead-acid battery in the design and performance vary greatly.There is no corresponding standard,which leads in the user a big confusion for selection.According to the author's own experience of high rate battery in the design and test of a brief analysis,the purpose of this paper is to give some enlightenment to the design,production,test and user selection of high rate lead-acid batteries.
