摘要
电网频率一直是电力系统运行的重要指标之一,电网频率一旦发生变化将会对人身安全、电网安全以及财产安全造成极为严重的后果[1]。因此如何把系统频率的波动控制在很小范围内是电力系统安全运行的重要目标[2]。文中分析了水力发电机组一次调频的作用和现行水电机组一次调频的试验方法、考核指标,结合湖北省内某水电厂15号轴流转浆式机组一次调频试验情况,对试验结果进行了评价,并对存在问题进行了分析。
The frequency is one of the most important characters of power system,the change of frequency will result in a serious impact of safe operation in power system.Therefore,control the power system frequency in a very small range,is the main objective of safe and stable operation of power system.The function of primary frequency modulation of hydroelectric generating unit and the test method and the main assessment index are analyzed in this paper.Based on the test of primary frequency modulation of the No.15 axial flow unit in a hydropower plant in Hubei province,and the results are evaluated,and the existing problems are analyzed.
