摘要
后张法预应力施工工艺是我国近现代桥梁建设中的主要技术工艺之一,而孔道压浆工序又是该施工工艺的最核心环节之一,因为孔道压浆不仅能使预应力筋与梁体或其他构件形成整体共同受力,最终达到预应力施工的目的,而且还是保证预应力筋不被锈蚀、正常工作的最关键的也是最后一道屏障。文章从传统后张法孔道压浆工艺原理出发,结合实践经验和行业发展,从材料、机械和技术方法对孔道压浆施工质量控制进行了探索、思考。
Post tensioned prestressing construction technology is one of the main technologies of China's modern bridge construction,and the duct grouting process is one of the core links in the construction process,because the duct grouting can not only make prestressed reinforcement and beam or other member integrally formed together by force,and ultimately achieve the purpose of prestressed construction,but is also the most critical of the prestressed reinforcement and the last barrier from corrosion.From the principle of traditional post tensioned grouting technology,combined with the practical experience and the development of the industry,this paper explores and considers the quality control of the grouting from the material,mechanical and technical methods.
