摘要
提出一种新型的基于光学颗粒计数器原理的大气颗粒物浓度检测方法,分析其光学原理,设计传感器结构和信号检测电路;利用设计制作的传感器对大气颗粒物浓度进行了检测,测试结果和政府环保部门发布数据基本一致。该传感器采用集成化设计,适合批量生产;为大气颗粒物浓度检测提供了一种低成本的检测方法。
A new type of aerosol particulate mass sensor is proposed, which is based on the light particle counter. The optical principle is analyzed. Sensor＇s structure and the signal detection circuit are designed and manufactured. The sensor was used to test aerosol outdoor aerosol particulate mass concentration, and the test result is agree with the value provided by the municipal environmental protection bureau.
