激光医学研究生培养方法初探

Exploration the Training Methods for Postgraduates in Laser Medicine

目的科研能力的培养是激光医学研究生教育的主要内容,作为一门新兴的交叉学科,激光医学目前尚无本专业本科生来源,所招收研究生普遍存在专业基础知识缺乏的特点,如何对激光医学研究生进行培养具有难点和挑战性。本文旨在为本专业研究生的培养提供借鉴和参考。方法回顾性分析35年来,解放军总医院激光医学科培养的激光医学专业研究生的培养内容和方法。结果通过采取多种学习途径和临床实践来弥补激光医学研究生专业基础知识的缺乏。课题研究阶段是研究生科研能力培养的关键阶段,通过制定合理的培养计划和建立严格的培训制度,能够实现对研究生科研能力的培养。结论激光医学研究生的培养具有自身特点,在夯实专业基础的前提下,以科研能力培养为重点,兼顾临床实践,不断创新培养模式,促进激光医学专业高层次人才培养。

Objective The cultivation of scientific research ability is the main content of graduate education of laser medicine. As a new interdisciplinary subject,there is no undergraduates graduating from the major of laser medicine,hence,the postgraduate students of laser medicine generally lack of sufficient basic knowledge of laser medicine. In the light of this fact,there exist much difficulties and challenges in that how to improve the postgraduate students＇ ability in the filed of laser medicine. The purpose of this study is to provide some advice for the training of postgraduate students in the filed of laser medicine.Methods The training contents and methods of the postgraduates in laser medicine department of the Chinese PLA General Hospital during the past 35 years were reviewed and summarized.Results Multiple learning ways and clinical practice can be adopted to make up for the lack of basic professional knowledge of lasermedical graduate students. Owing to the stage of establishing the graduate project research is critical for cultivating the scientific research ability for graduate students in laser medicine,a reasonable training plan and strict scientific research training system are most conducive.Conclusions The training of postgraduate students in laser medicine has it s own characteristic. Based on strengthening the basic professional knowledge of laser medicine,it is supposed to emphasize cultivating scientific research ability,meanwhile,the clinical practice should also be taken into account. At the same time,innovation of the training mode should be continuously conducted to promote the training of high-level talents for laser medicine.
