困境与路径:关于地方高等师范院校教学的理性思考与深层追问 被引量:2

摘要 当前地方高等师范院校作为地方师资培育的摇篮,这些院校承担着我国基层教师培育的巨大使命。基于此,国家出台了一系列针对地方院校的教师教育教学的标准,旨在规范和引导教师教育课程建设与教学、深化教师教育改革、培养造就高素质的专业化教师队伍。然而就现阶段来看,我国地方高等师范院校的教学由于一些客观与主观的原因,面临着一些新挑战、新困境。具体而言,这些挑战与困境一方面涉及到对教学重视程度不足、教学闲暇空间狭窄,另一方面地方高校教学易忽略学生体验、教学手段单一、模式相对落后等方面的问题也造成了教学的困境。为了更好地开展地方师范院校教学,相关的群体亟需对新的教学模式进行深层追问,并探索出一条契合地方高等院校教学的发展道路,从而使之真正走向更为理性、更为高效发展的道路。 As a cradle of teacher education, local normal universities are undertaking the great mission of cultivating teachers at the grass-roots level. In order to standardize the construction and instruction of teacher education, deepen teacher education reform and cultivate professional teachers with high qualities, the government promulgated a series of standards for teacher education. However, teacher education in local normal universities now is faced with new challenges and difficulties for objective and subjective reasons. The manifestation of the difficulties is the insufficient attention to teaching and the limited space for leisure time activities. Meanwhile, the ignorance of students' personal experience, the monotonous teaching methods and relatively backward teaching modes also pose challenges and difficulties for teacher education. To improve the instruction in local normal universities, relevant departments should explore the new teaching mode and a developmental route suitable for local normal universities, which is more rational and efficient.
