摘要
文章选取2000-2015年中国省级面板数据,构建了基于CES生产函数面板回归门槛模型。研究结果显示:研发投入对中国创新产出的影响有明显的研发资金投入单一FDI门槛效应和研发劳动力投入双重FDI门槛效应;在FDI未跨越较低门槛值的省份,研发劳动力投入相比研发资金投入显著促进了区域创新产出;当FDI超过最低门槛值并持续增大跨越第二门槛值后的省份,研发资金投入对区域创新产出的影响程度明显高于研发劳动投入的影响,并且FDI引发的研发劳动投入规模效应明显低于资本投入的规模效应。
This paper selects the panel data in provincial level in China from 2000 to 2015, and builds the threshold model of panel regression based on CES production function. The results show that the impact of research and development (R&D) investment on China's innovation output has obvious R&D investment into a single FDI threshold effect, and that R&D labor investment in dual FDI threshold effect. On the one hand, In the provinces where FDI does not cross the lower threshold, R&D labor investment compared to R&D funds Investment has significantly contributed to regional innovation output; on the other hand, in the provinces where FDI exceeds the minimum threshold and continues to increase beyond the second threshold, the impact of R&D investment on regional innovation output is significantly higher than that of R&D labor input, and the scale effect of R&D labor investment triggered by FDI is obviously lower than the scale effect of capital investment.
