Optimizing the Government Affair Open System Based on Five Development Ideas

政务公开是政府自身改革的重要内容,关系政府的公信力和执行力,关系政府施政的民意基础。随着互联网技术的发展,信息传播速度加快,公众对政务信息公开的需求与日俱增,政府管理面临着监督和挑战。文章分析政务公开体系的构成要素,梳理我国政务公开工作的发展历程和取得的成效,针对目前体系存在的制约因素,提出以"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念为指导,完善政务公开体系。

The openness of government affairs is an important part of the government＇s own reform and construction, which influences government＇s credibility and his executive power on the one hand, and the public opinion basis for his administration on the other hand. With the development of Internet technology, the speed of information propagation has been accelerated the public demand for government information disclosure is increasing with each passing day, which has greatly challenged government＂ management in supervision. This paper analyzes the elements of the open system of government affairs, and combs the development process and achievements of the open government work in our country. Because of the constraints of the present system, this paper puts forward ＂five development ideas＂ with ＂innovation, harmony, greenness, openness, sharing＂ as its main contents to guide the perfection of the open system of government affairs.
