摘要
教育管理是一种主体的伦理行为,教育管理伦理主体意指管理者作为"主体"的自我确认、对于"他者"的尊重以及关于"主体"与"他者"关系的科学处理。教育管理伦理的主体建构途径有教育管理伦理主体德性的建构、教育管理伦理主体德行的规范以及教育管理伦理主体美德的养成。其意义在于能够使价值性教育管理目标得以重估,实现民主化管理决策方式,并达成幸福型情感管理模式。
Educational management is a kind of ethical behavior of the subject, which refers to the self affirmation of the administrators as "subject", the respects to others, and the scientific treatment on relationships concerning "subject" and "the other". The ways to construct the subject of educational management ethics consists of subjects' virtue construction, subjects' virtue regulation, and subjects' virtue' formation. The significance lies in these aspects: revaluating the target of educational management, realizing the way of the decision making of the democratic management, and formulating the happy pattern of the emotional management.
