国内医院药剂科管理模式的探讨

On the Management Pattern of Department of Pharmacy in Chinese Hospital

本文综合分析了近年来我国医院药剂科在管理科学实践中所提出的主要模式,探讨适合我国国情的管理模式,对微机在药剂科管理中的应用也进行了分析。

This paper evaluates the various management patterns of hospital pharmacy which have been adopted in China recently. We suggest a pattern which will be applicable for the condition of China. The application of microcomputer in managing department of pharmacy is involved as well.
