光动力疗法治疗囊肿痤疮时5-氨基酮戊酸的适宜浓度探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨光动力疗法(PDT)治疗囊肿痤疮时5-氨基酮戊酸(ALA)的适宜浓度。方法将28例囊肿痤疮患者随机分成两组各14例,其中5%ALA组进行ALA-PDT治疗时ALA的浓度为5%,10%ALA组治疗时ALA的浓度为10%,两组均每周治疗1次,共治疗4次。分析比较两组患者在治疗结束后第2、4、6周的疗效,同时记录治疗过程中的不良反应发生率以及复发率。结果治疗结束后第6周,5%ALA组的总有效率为57.14%,10%ALA组的总有效率为92.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率及复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 10%ALA浓度能使ALA-PDT在治疗囊肿痤疮上发挥更佳的效果,且不会增加不良反应,同时可以提高患者的依从性。 Objective To explore the optimal concentration of 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) in the treatment of cyst acne by photodynamic therapy (PDT). Methods 28 cases of patients with cyst acne were randomly divided into two groups equally. Patients in the 5%ALA group were treated with 5% ALA-PDT, while patients in the 10%ALA group were treated with 10% ALA-PDT. Both groups received 4 times of treatment, one time per week. At 2nd, 4th and 6th week after the end of treatment, the curative effects of two groups were analyzed and compared, and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment and recurrence rate were recorded. Results At 6~ week after the end of treatment, the total effective rate of 10%ALA group was 92.86%, significantly higher than 57.14% of 5%ALA group (P〈0.05). No statistical differ- ence was found between two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions or recurrence rate (P〉0.05). Conclusions 10%ALA can make ALA-PDT plays a better role in the treatment of cyst acne. No adverse reactions will be added, and patients' compliance can be increased.
