黄体酮胶囊治疗孕妇黄体功能不全所致先兆流产的效果探讨

Discussion on the Effect of Progesterone Capsules for the Treatment of Threatened Abortion Caused by Luteal Phase Defect of Pregnant Women

目的探讨黄体酮胶囊治疗孕妇黄体功能不全所致先兆流产的效果。方法选择我院2015年12月至2017年1月收治的110例黄体功能不全所致先兆流产孕妇,随机分为两组各55例。观察组予以黄体酮胶囊与孕康口服液治疗,对照组仅采用孕康口服液治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应发生率以及血β-HCG水平。结果观察组的治疗有效率为80%,显著高于对照组的40%(P<0.05)。治疗前两组孕妇的血β-HCG水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组孕妇的血β-HCG水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间观察组的不良反应发生率为18.2%,对照组的不良反应发生率为16.4%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组孕妇的不良反应症状均较轻,对症处理后不良反应全部消失。结论在对黄体功能不全所致先兆流产孕妇的临床治疗中,黄体酮胶囊的治疗效果理想,不良反应较轻,临床中可予以推广。

Objective To explore the effect of progesterone capsules for the treatment of pregnant women with threatened abortion caused by luteal phase defect. Methods 110 cases of pregnant women with threatened abortion caused by luteal phase defect admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 55 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with progesterone capsules combined with Yunkang oral liquid, while the control group was treated with Yunkang oral liquid only. The curative effect, incidence of adverse reaction, and level of blood β-HCG were compared between two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment of observation group was 80%, significantly higher than 40% of control group （P 〈0.05）. Before treatment, no statistical difference was found between two groups in the level of β-HCG （P 〉0.05）; After treatment, the level of β-HCG of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. During treatment period, the incidences of adverse reactions of observation group and control group were 18.2% and 16.4% respectively, with no statistical difference （P 〉0.05）; The symptoms of adverse reactions of both groups were mild, and disappeared after symptomatic treatment. Conclusions The application of progesterone capsules for the treatment of pregnant women with threatened abortion caused by luteal phase defect has ideal curative effect and mild adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
