中药药浴联合中医护理对新生儿黄疸治疗效果的影响

Impact of Chinese Herb Bath Combined with TCM Nursing on the Curative Effect of Neonatal Jaundice

目的观察中药药浴联合中医护理对新生儿黄疸治疗效果的影响。方法选择2016年5月至2017年2月我院收治的60例新生儿黄疸患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。两组患儿均采用蓝光疗法,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中药药浴联合中医护理。比较两组患儿护理前后的黄疸指数及血清间接胆红素,护理后首次排便时间、胎便转黄时间、黄疸消退时间,以及及不良反应发生情况。结果护理后,观察组的黄疸指数以及血清间接胆红素水平均显著低于对照组,首次排便时间、胎便转黄时间及黄疸消退时间均显著短于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用中药药浴联合中医护理能有效提高新生儿黄疸的治疗效果,改善患儿的临床症状,减少不良反应。

Objective To observe the impact of Chinese herb bath combined with nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on the curative effect of neonatal jaundice. Methods 60 cases of neonatal jaundice in our hospital from May 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were given blue light therapy; in addition, the control group received regular nursing, while the observation group received Chinese herb bath combined with nursing of traditional Chinese medicine. The jaundice index and serum indirect bilirubin before and after nursing, the time of first defecation, the time of meconium turn to yellow, the time of jaundice extinction, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the jaundice index and level of serum indirect bilirubin of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the time of first defecation, time of meconium turn to yellow and time of jaundice extinction were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Chinese herb bath combined with nursing of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the curative effect of neonatal jaundice, improve neonates＇ clinical symptoms, and reduce neonates＇ adverse reactions.
