可控震源无READY信号的原因分析及排除

可控震源的READY信号,是指震源上的压力开关闭合促使DSD箱体生成的震源已经准备好的信号。仪器在得到此信号后,即可触发可控震源扫描。在实际生产中,震源时常会出现因为压力开关失效或者DSD箱体压力开关功能模块失效,从而导致无READY信号的故障。本文就使用VE464电控系统设置有压力开关的可控震源出现此类故障,进行了详细地分析,并给出了具体的排除方法。

Vibrator ready signal is generated by DSD when vibrator pressure switch closed.The seismic instrument can trigger vibrator sweep after obtained this signal.In field operation,sometimes the vibrator will meet ready signal missing failure for pressure switch invalidation or function module of DSD invalidation.The paper analyzed the failure when vibrator working with VE464 system and provided the related solutions.
