民事侵权与过失犯罪的区分问题很少引起人们的关注,但司法审判实践中,确实出现了很多让司法机关困扰的案件。因此,有必要分析研究民事侵权与过失犯罪的界限问题,明晰民事侵权和过失犯罪的判断标准,以促进法律纠纷的解决与社会的安定与和谐。

The distinction between civil tort and negligence crime is of little concern. However, there are many cases in the judicial trial that have troubled the judiciary.
