On the basis of this, the paper expounds the causes of the difficulties, that is, the chain of telecommunication fraud. Finally the writer analyzes the concrete measures of cutting off the industrial chain, and provides reference for the public security organs to crack down on the criminal activities of telecommunication fraud.
