砧木对黄瓜嫁接苗地上部硅元素转运的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以去蜡粉南瓜砧木‘488’、非去蜡粉南瓜砧木‘277’以及黄瓜‘1184’为试材,对各嫁接组合幼叶施用不同浓度Na_2SiO_3,研究砧木对黄瓜嫁接苗地上部硅转运的影响。结果表明,(1)叶片外源施硅明显提高各嫁接苗地上部硅元素含量;(2)嫁接可缓解外源施硅对嫁接苗在植株高度、叶片伤情等方面的抑制作用;(3)去蜡粉砧木嫁接苗的地上部叶片吸收硅元素能力低于非去蜡粉砧木嫁接苗和自根苗;(4)去蜡粉砧木嫁接苗的果实邻近叶、果肉转变为硅元素地上部转运的新库,从而抑制硅元素向果皮转运,降低果面蜡粉含量。 In order to discover the effect of different rootstock on silicon (Si) transport after Si absorption, the pumpkin root- stocks with blooming potential '277' , non-blooming potential '488' and cucumber scion with blooming potential ' 1184' were used and the foliage of graft seedlings were sprayed with a series concentration of Na2SiO3. The results showed: (1)Foli- age spaying of Na2SiO3 can induce Si content of shoot in different graft union significantly; (2)Grafting can rescue the inhibi- tion of plant height and leave damage caused by excess silicon accumulation; (3)The Si uptake ability in graft seedling leaf with rootstocks' 488' was weaker than that with ' 277' and own-rooted seedlings ; (4)The leaf adjacent to the fruit and flesh can change into the Si sink in graft seedlings with rootstocks '488' , thus depressed Si transport to the peel and the bloom content in the fruit surface accordingly.
