摘要
通过RPC梁受弯试验,对RPC梁试验加载破坏过程、裂缝开展情况、裂缝宽度及间距、RPC梁受弯承载力计算方法展开了研究。研究结果表明,RPC梁加载破坏过程与普通混凝土梁类似,分为3个阶段,即开裂前弹性阶段、裂缝扩展阶段、梁破坏阶段。现行混凝土规范计算得出梁裂缝间距理论值与RPC梁试验结果较为吻合,但裂缝宽度理论值则明显高于实测结果。基于试验结果及理论计算,给出了RPC梁正截面受弯承载力计算表达式。
Through the test of RPC beam,the failure process, the crack development, crack width and spacing and RPC beam calculation methods were conducted. The results show that the damage process of RPC beam is similar to that of ordinary concrete beam, and it is divided into three stages, namely, the elastic stage, the crack propagation stage and the beam failure stage. The theoretical value of the beam crack spacing is consistent with the RPC beam test results, but the theoretical value of crack width is significantly higher than the experimental results. Based on the experimental results and theoretical calculation, the calculation formula of the bending bearing capacity of the normal section of RPC beam is presented.
