摘要
为研究不同长径比微钢纤维和不同微钢纤维体积掺量对水泥基复合材料抗拉性能的影响,试验设计了3组不同基体混凝土强度(C50、C70、C90)共24组不同配合比,测试了试件28 d劈裂抗拉强度。分析研究了不同长径比微钢纤维掺量、不同体积率微钢纤维掺量与水泥基复合材料抗拉性能之间的相互关系,建立了相应的数学模型。研究结果为微钢纤维水泥基复合材料的工程设计提供了理论依据。
In order to study the influence of different aspect ratios of micro steel fiber and volume fraction on the tensile splitting of reinforced coment composites, the test designed 3 different sets of base concrete strength ( C50, C70, C90 ) a total of 24 groups of different mixture ratios, tested the 28 d tensile spilitting of specimen. The paper analyzed the relationship between different aspect ratios of micro steel fiber and different volume ratios of ultra-fine steel fiber on the tensile splitting of reinforced coment composites, and established the corresponding mathematical model. The research results provide theoretical basis for the engineering design of micro steel fiber reinforced cement composites.
