既有建筑的绿色再造——四川省建筑科学研究院科技楼绿色改造总体方案

The green reconstruction of existing buildings——The overall scheme of the science and technology building's green renovation of SIBR

既有建筑项目的绿色改造是一项较为复杂的系统工程,它涉及原建筑本身的建造技术与区位、经济投入与效益、社会和政策环境条件影响或制约,也牵涉到改造利用旧物中的人性化思考。因此,在开展既有建筑项目的绿色改造时,在坚持"融旧纳新,旧由新生"的原则基础上,需要对项目进行绿色改造策划、设计、施工与运营的总体统筹。本文以四川省建筑科学研究院科技楼改造为例,重点对本项目绿色建筑改造的总体设计方案进行了阐述,为绿色建筑改造技术在我省节能改造中的推广打下了基础,以期作为西南地区夏热冬冷气候带建筑绿色改造的一个示范性案例。

The green renovation of existing building project is a complicated system engineering which involves the effects or constraints came from the construction technology of the building itself, location,economic investment and benefit,society,and the conditions of policy environment, also includes humanized thinking in the renovation of old. Consequently, the green transformation of existing buildings projects ,which not only need adhere to the principle of making the addition parts coexist and integrate with existing sections, but also require an overall plan for scheme, design, construction and operation of the whole green renovation progress. In this research, we used the transformation of the science and technology building of SIBR as an example to express the overall scheme of the whole green renovation progress. The renovation project laid a foundation for the promotion of the green renovation technology in the energy- saving reform of whole Sichuan province, which could serve as a demonstration case for green renovation of existing building in the hot summer and cold winter climate zone of southwestern China.
