摘要
基于Pro Cast软件对长流程薄壁输送连接管铸件熔模铸造的充型及凝固过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明,连接管铸件管体内部与铸件法兰结构开孔部位存在大量的缩孔,这与实际的浇注结果相符合。根据模拟结果对浇冒系统结构进行了优化设计,结合田口方法通过信噪比分析对工艺参数进行了优化,并进行了数值模拟验证与生产验证。优化后的方案有效地减少了缩孔的数量,从而生产出满足要求的铸件。
The filling and solidification process of investment casting of the thin-wall long conveying connecting pipe was simulated based on the ProCast software. The results show that there exist a lot of shrinkages in the interior of connecting pipe and openings of flange structure, which is consistent with the actual casting results. The gating and riser system was redesigned according to the simulation results, and the parameters were optimized combined with the Taguehi method and singal to noise rate, then numerical simulation and actul production verification were carried out. The optimized scheme can effectively reduce the number of shrinkage so as to produce the qualified casting.
