提出大学实验室的核心功能是发现知识传播知识,实验室承载了教育英才和从事研究的功能,在创建世界一流大学、培养一流学生、建设一流师资队伍方面发挥着特殊的作用。为此,学校应围绕本校专业特色建设新的实验室体系,实行新的实验教学改革,加强实验教学规范管理,加强实验队伍建设,通过校企合作共建具有特色的大工程实验室及实习基地。最后指出,实验教学要真实地培养学生的实践能力与创新能力。

Prof. GE put forward that the core function of university laboratory is to find and spread knowledge since the laboratory carryout the task to train talented people and engage in research. The laboratory must play a special role in the process to create a world-top-class university, cultivate world-top-class students, and build world-top -class faculty. For these purposes, the university should construct a new laboratory system based on own professional characteristics, implement the new experiment teaching reform, and strengthen the normal management of experiment teaching and the construction of laboratory team. Moreover, the university should make joint efforts through the cooperation between university and enterprises to construct large engineering laboratory and practice bases with special feature. At last, point out the experiment teaching should really cultivate students＇ practiceability and innovation ability.
