摘要
为解决实战条件下导弹装备的保障方案优化问题,将运输调度、设施选址和路径规划结合起来,对实战条件下多供应点到多需求点的装备并行配送问题进行了研究,用TOPSIS方法对装备配送线路的运输时间、运输里程、安全系数、运载能力、运输成本等因素进行综合评价,并对每个方案的综合效益值进行排序,建立了导弹装备调配保障两级配送网络模型,得到了每个需求点的最优配送路径和最优数量分配。研究结果对于部队导弹装备及其他设备物资的优化保障具有理论价值和指导意义。
To solve the optimization problem of equipment support program under actual combat environment, the transportation scheduling, location and path planning are combined, and the parallel distribution problem of wartime equipment which is from multi supply points to multi demand points has been studied. This paper has completed a comprehensive evaluation of the factors such as transportation time, transportation mileage, safety factor, transportation capacity, transportation cost, etc by using TOPSIS method, sorted the comprehensive benefit values of each scheme, and established the network model of missile equipment deployment support for two-level distribution. The optimal distribution route and optimal number allocation of each demand point are obtained finally.
