摘要
【目的】为了阐明ahFAD2基因的遗传规律及其与种子油酸含量的关系,探究油酸含量与主要性状的相关性。【方法】利用CAPS标记对141份江苏地方品种的ahFAD2基因位点进行检测。【结果】25份材料ahFAD2A位点为野生型,116份材料ahFAD2A位点符合448G>A的突变类型,ahFAD2B基因只存在野生位点;突变型位点所占的比率在交替亚种中远高于连续亚种;油酸含量均值在具有突变型位点花生中显著高于具有野生型位点花生;花生油酸含量与亚油酸含量有极显著的负相关关系。【结论】本研究认为ahFAD2A等位基因位点与花生种子油酸含量有极显著的相关关系;普通型花生中含有较多的中等油酸含量的ahFAD2A-m。
[ Objective ] The present paper aimed to clarify the genetic development of ahFAD2 geue and its correlation with oleic acid content,and explore the correlation between the content of oleie acid and the main characters. [ Method ] Identification of ahFAD2 gene loci was car-ried out to 141 landraee peanut varieties from Jiangsu by CAPS markers. [ Result] We deduced that 25 peanut landraee varieties had wild-type alleles of ahFAD2A, while other 116 varieties had mutant allele for the CAPS of 448G 〉 A transition, ahFAD2B loci existed only wildsite in all peanut landrace varieties. Compared to A. hypogaea subsp, fastigiat, the frequency of ahFAD2A-m allele in A. hypogaea subsp.hypogaea was higher. Tile average content of oleic acid in peanut with ahFAD2A-m was significantly higher than that with ahFAD2A-wt.There was a significantly negative correlation between the content of oleic acid and linoleic acid. [ Conclusion] There was a significant correla-tion between the types of ahFAD2A alleles and the content of oleic acid in peanut seeds. Compared to other types, virginia type peanut con-tained more ahFAD2A-m alleles and the aleic acid content was higher.
