The article introduces detailed working method of the 1st low carbon community trial construction task in Shanghai： perfecting working mechanism, multi-measures populizing low carbon concept, strengthening interactive communication, providing professional technical support to promote trial work running smoothly, which achieves preliminary effect and paves the way for overall constructing low carbon community in Shanghai.
