摘要
基于沥青混合料抗压回弹模量的大小与材料的力学性能密切相关,通过收集既有的沥青混合料抗压回弹模量的数据,建立了沥青混合料抗压回弹模量的数据库,运用正态分布方法,得到了不同条件下的沥青混合料抗压回弹模量代表值.研究结果表明:沥青混合料抗压回弹模量与沥青的类型、温度条件、沥青质量分数之间的变化关系基本符合既有的研究结果,对大数据进行数学处理,获得的代表值具有较好的代表性;利用数学回归方法,建立不同条件下的沥青混合料抗压回弹模量预测方程,经过验证,所建立的沥青混合料抗压回弹模量对数模型具有较高的拟合精度与再现性.
The value of compressive resilient modulus of asphalt mixture is closely related to the material mechanics performance. The database of modulus was established by collecting the existed module data.Using normal distribution method, the modulus representative value was obtained under different condition. The comparative analysis results show that the change relationship among asphalt type,temperature and asphalt content representative value is basically in line with the existing research conclusions,and the representative value has good veracity and representation. The modulus prediction equation was achieved by fitting regression method. The verifying result shows that the established polynomial curve built has high fitting accuracy and reproducibility.
