重组人干扰素α1b注射液对儿童病毒性脑炎细胞免疫功能的影响 被引量:16

摘要 目的观察病毒性脑炎患儿外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化趋势,探讨辅以重组人干扰素α1b注射液联合治疗儿童病毒性脑炎后细胞免疫功能的变化。方法选取在2015年12月至2016年11月期间本院收治的确诊为病毒性脑炎的患儿60例(治疗组)及年龄性别相匹配的健康体检儿童45例(对照组)为研究对象,将治疗组随机分为A组及B组。A组30例,在基础治疗上辅以重组人干扰素α1b注射液联合治疗,B组30例在入院后给予常规抗病毒及对症支持治疗。所有病毒性脑炎患儿(发病5d内)均在入院48h内及经治疗1w后采集外周静脉血3ml,健康体检儿童于门诊采取外周静脉血3ml,采用流式细胞术检测外周血淋巴细胞亚群(CD4^+/CD8^+,CD8^+,CD4^+,CD3^+)。结果 (1)治疗组较对照组患儿的细胞免疫功能降低(P<0.05);(2)治疗组患儿细胞免疫功能治疗后均较治疗前升高,但A组较B组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论辅以重组人干扰素α1b注射液治疗使病毒性脑炎患儿的细胞免疫功能得到显著的改善,有益于临床应用。 Objective To observe the changes in T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood in children with viral encephalitis ; To investigate changes of cellular immune function of children with viral encephalitis, after combined treatment by recombinant human interferon α1b injection. Method From December 2015 to November 2016 , sixty cases ( treatment group ) who were diagnosed as viral encephalitis in pediatrics of the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University were selected in this study, comparing with forty-five healthy children ( control group ) in age and sex. The treatment group was divided into A group and B group by random number table method. Thirty cases in A group were provided by combined treatment with recombinant human interferon α1b injection and thirty cases in B group provided by antiviral and symptomatic treatment. It was collected 3 ml venous blood within 48 hours of admission ( onset within 5 days ) and 1 week after treatment from each patient and healthy children were collected 3 ml venous blood in outpatient service to test T lymphocyte subsets ( CD4^+/CD8^+, CD8^+, CD4^+, CD3^+ T ceils ) by flow cytometry. Results ① Immune function of sick children in treatment group was restrained than control group (P〈0.05) ; ② Immune function was improved after treatment in two group , but increased significantly in A group than B group. Conclusion Immune function was improved significantly after combined treatment by recombinant human interferon α1b injection and it was beneficial to the clinical application.
