以无锡地铁2号线车辆为例,通过在地铁车辆转向架上安装的减振器运行数据采集装置(SMART BOX),对车辆相关数据进行了动态采集与分析,并与设计数据做了对比,可为油压减振器生产厂家优化性能参数提供方向,为改进车辆运行的稳定性和舒适性提供依据。

With vehicles on Wuxi Metro No.2 Line as the example,via the damper operation data collection devices(SMART BOX)mounted on the bogies of metro vehicles,dynamic collection and analysis are made on the relevant data of vehicles,which are compared with the design data,providing the orientation of optimization of performance parameters for oil damper producers,and giving basis for improvement of the stability and ride comfort in operation of vehicles.
