重庆市产业结构与就业结构协调关系研究

Study on the Coordination of Industrial Structure and Employment Structure in Chongqing

从静态和动态两个方面对重庆市产业结构与就业结构协调性进行了研究。采用"结构偏离度"和"协调系数"方法对重庆市2005—2015年产业结构与就业结构的协调关系进行分析,并以Moore结构值为基础,利用灰色关联分析法测算了重庆市就业结构相对于其产业结构的时滞效应。研究发现:重庆市产业结构与就业结构的协调系数在2005—2015年有所提高;第三产业在三次产业中比重的增加提高了第三产业就业的比重;重庆市就业结构相对于产业结构滞后时间为4年。最后,根据分析的结论提出了大力发展第三产业、扶持新农人的政策建议。

This paper studies the coordination of industrial structure and employment structure in Chongqing from two aspects of static and dynamic.By using ＂structural deviation＂and ＂coordination coefficient＂,this paper analyzes the industrial structure and employment structure of Chongqing from2005 to 2015.The relationship between employment structure and industrial structure in Chongqing is analyzed by using Moore structure value and gray relational analysis method.The results show that the coordination coefficient of Chongqing ＇s industrial structure and employment structure has been improved.The proportion of the tertiary industry has increased the proportion of tertiary industry＇s employment.Finally,according to the conclusion of the analysis,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to develop the tertiary industry and support the new farmers.
