摘要
对HX_D2C型机车冲击座连接螺栓的断裂原因进行了分析,并优化了冲击座结构。应用有限元方法对优化后的冲击座进行了强度校核,通过运行验证,证明了优化后冲击座的可靠性。
The fracture reasons of striking block bolt for HX_D2C locomotive are analyzed, and the structure of striking block is optimized. The strength of the optimized striking block is checked with finite element method, and its reliability is verified through the operation test.
