探索与借鉴:破解我国医用耗材价格管理“难”

Exploration and Reference: Break up the Difficulty on Price Management on Medical Device

加强医用耗材流通环节和使用环节的价格控制和管理,降低医疗器械、医用耗材费用,减轻患者负担,既有助于实现人人享有基本医疗卫生服务的目标,又符合国家关于深化医药卫生体制改革的要求。本文梳理了当前医用耗材价格管理相关文献,发现大部分文献对价格现状和价格管理现状描述较为笼统,因而提出的价格管理思路针对性不强。本文从国内医用耗材的价格管理方法和实践现状出发,高度概括了医用耗材价格管理的三方面难点,同时整理了国际上较为成熟的价格管理模式,以此为我国医用耗材价格管理的方式提供创新性的改革思路。

In order to achieve the goal of everyone having access to the basic medical and health services, and be in line with the state on the deepening of medical and health system reform requirements. Strengthening price control and management on medical suppliers, reducing the cost of medical suppliers and re- lieving the burden on patients is necessary. This article reviewed the recent re- lated literature on price management of medical devices and found that most of them describes it roughly ,and therefore the suggestions are unspecific. This ar- ticle outlines three main challenges that we face based on the theory and practice of price management on domestic medical supplier , at the same time, sorts out the some mature model on international price management as the way to inspire Chinese price management on medical suppliers.
