健康指导在心血管疾病患者中的应用效果观察

Effect of health guidance in patients with cardiovascular disease

目的分析健康指导在老年心血管疾病患者护理中的应用效果。方法收集2016年3月-2017年3月我院收治的72位患有老年心血管疾病的患者,根据护理方法的不同将这些患者分为观察组以及对照组,每组各36位患者。对照组的患者给予包括基拙护理、病情监测以及基本健康指导在内的常规护理,而给予观察组患者常规护理以及健康指导,最终分析两组患者的实际护理效果。结果在经过精心的护理之后,观察组患者的服药、生活方式以及门诊随访的得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将健康指导用于老年心血管疾病患者护理之中有助于稳定患者的病情,同时能够提高患者服药自觉性和生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of health guidance in nursing for elderly patients with cardiovascular disease. Methods A total of 72 elderly patients with cardiovascular disease who were admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were enrolled, and according to the difference in nursing method, these patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 36 patients in each group. The patients in control group were given routine nursing including basic nursing, disease monitoring, and basic health guidance, and those in the observation group were given routine nursing and health guidance. The nursing outcome was analyzed for both groups. Results After careful nursing, the observation group had significantly higher scores of medication, lifestyle,and follow-up than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Health guidance applied in nursing for elderly patients with cardiovascular disease can stabilize disease conditions and improve their self-consciousness for medication and quality of life.
