锈蚀缓粘结预应力混凝土梁抗弯性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文开展了4个锈蚀缓粘结预应力混凝土梁和2个锈蚀普通混凝土梁的抗弯性能试验研究,总结锈蚀梁的抗弯性能变化特征。结果表明,随着荷载比的增大,锈蚀梁开裂荷载、屈服荷载呈减小,更早进入弹塑性阶段;梁的极限承载力逐渐减小,塑性性能降低;相同条件下锈蚀预应力梁抗弯承载力高于锈蚀无预应力梁。在抗弯性能强于抗剪性能且箍筋和纵筋的失重率较小情况下,锈蚀抗弯梁的主要破坏形式均为普通受拉钢筋屈服,混凝土压碎弯曲破坏,同时建立了适用于无损检测状态下的锈蚀预应力钢筋混凝土梁抗弯承载力计算公式。 This paper carried out 4 corrosion retard2bonded prestressed concrete beams and 2 corrosion of ordinary concrete beam flexural performance test research,summarize the flexural performance characteristics of corroded beams. The results show that with the increase of load ratio,the cracking load and yield load of corroded beam decrease,and then enter elastic-plastic stage earlier,the ultimate bearing capacity of beam decreases gradually,and the plasticity decreases. Under the same conditions the flexural capacity of corroded prestressed concrete beams is higher than that of non prestressed beams. When the flexural performance is stronger than the shear resistance and the weight loss of stirrups and longitudinal reinforcement is small,the major failure modes of corroded flexural beams are normal tensile steel yielding and bending failure of concrete crushing. At the same time,this paper established suitable for non-destructive testing condition calculation formula of flexural bearing capacity of corroded reinforced concrete beams.
