摘要
地下连续墙作为临时围护、地下室外墙、竖向承重的"三墙合一"结构,其应用越来越广,当其兼作承重结构时,主要承担单柱或裙房竖向荷载,单幅承载力设计值普遍较小。本文结合五矿金融大厦项目施工实例,介绍了TT型地下连续墙的设计、槽体加固、成槽工艺、垂直度控制、后注浆施工等关键技术,经过严格的施工控制,完全满足"三墙合一"功能,其成功经验对类似工程具有较高的参考价值。
The basement walt which is served both as the retaining wall and the support of upper columns ("three walls into one") has been widely used. However, the vertical bearing capacity of a single diaphragm wall is relatively small and it usually serves as the support of a podium column. The new type TT diaphragm wall with higher bearing capacity is used in Minmetals Financial Tower project. The construction techniques of this wall are introduced in this paper,including wall ground reinforcement,trenching method,verticality controlment,post-grout technology. The TT-type diaphragm wall performed successfully as the retaining wall and the support of tower columns with all these construction techniques. This practice provides a good reference to similar projects.
