摘要
针对建筑外墙饰面贴砖突发性脱落并导致城市灾难事故的问题,提出了通过振动测试方法获得饰面贴砖的固有频率来识别其脱粘失效,并预测其脱落风险。基于ANSYS数值模拟,分析了不同脱粘比率后饰面贴砖的固有频率值及其变化规律,结果表明随着脱粘比率的增大,饰面贴砖的固有频率不断下降,脱粘比率达到20%、50%时的固有频率下降约45%、76%,文中给出了基于固有频率变化的建筑外墙饰面贴砖脱粘失效检测原理、方法及评价标准,并通过实例验证了其实用性和可靠性。
In view of the actual situation that spontaneous falling down of exterior wall finish coat,and resulted in a lot chaos,causing economic loss or human body laceration,the paper proposes a vibration method in order to identify possible imperfections in a typical exterior wall finish coat system. A relationship between the frequency changes and the debond ratio of the exterior wall finish coat was established by numerical simulation analysis. The results indicate that the natural frequencies of the exterior wall finish coat decrease with the increase of debond ratio. When the debond ratio reached 20% and 50%,its natural frequency decreased by about 45% and 76% respectively. The detection principle, method and evaluation criteria were given in this work. Finally,the practicability and reliability of the method were verified by an example.
