大中型园区智慧能源系统总体方案的研究与设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前国内城市工业园区建设快速铺开的现状,园区能耗及用能成本居高不下的问题较为显著,建设为整个园区服务的智慧能源系统具有一定的必要性,但智慧能源系统的建设目前还缺乏统一模式和指导方法。研究对中大型园区智慧能源系统建设要点进行梳理分析,阐述了系统研究阶段负荷分析和分布式能源利用方案的主要内容,提出了一种智慧能源系统总体方案的技术框架。论述了系统中的关键组成要素智能配电网、能源信息网络、能量优化调度管理系统和用户侧兼容措施,给出了智慧能源系统可借鉴和采用的商业运营模式,对后续园区型综合能源系统的建设具有一定的指导意义。 In view of the present situation of the rapid development of urban industrial park,the problem of high energy consumption and the energy cost is remarkable.It is necessary to build a intelligent energy system for the entire park services,but the construction of intelligent energy system is still lack of a unified model and guidance.This paper analyzes the important technical points in the construction work of large and medium-sized industrial park intelligent energy system,expounds the main contents of the load analysis and distributed energy utilization scheme in the research phase of the system.Put forward the technical framework of a smart energy system scheme.This paper discusses the key elements which comprised a intelligent energy system such as distribution network,energy information network,energy optimization management system and user side compatible measures,and some business models which can be used or learning in other intelligent energy system were provided,which has a reference value for the construction of similar project.
