摘要 通过分析低分子量羧甲基脱乙酰壳多糖对炎症因子的抑制作用和对动物皮肤伤口愈合效果,发现低分子量羧甲基脱乙酰壳多糖具有促皮肤伤口愈合和抑制炎症反应的能力;通过皮肤抗变态试验和志愿者皮炎治疗测试,表明低分子量羧甲基壳多糖能显著缓解皮肤变态反应,并对皮炎有一定的治疗效果。 The inhibition on inflammatory factors and the healing effects on the skin injury in the animal were investigated for low molecular weight carboxymethyl chitosan. The results showed that low molecular weight carboxymethyl chitosan could suppress the inflammatory response and promote wound healing. It also suggested that low molecular weight carboxymethyl chitosan could relieve skin allergy significantly and had some effect in treatment of dermatitis as revealed by the skin anti-allergy test and treatment of five volunteers with dermatitis.
