摘要
【目的/意义】探讨信息化与农业深度融合的路径,为促进我国农业跨越发展提供有益思路。【方法/过程】构建了农业信息化就绪度评估指标体系,运用熵权法确定权重,实证研究我国农业信息化就绪度水平,并采用聚类分析、对应分析等方法对区域差异进行比较研究。【结果/结论】2003-2014年,我国农业信息化就绪度水平可以分为起步、发展和相对成熟阶段,但是存在区域差异,东部较高,中部次之,西部普遍较差。我国农业信息化就绪度水平不断提升,得益于政府的作用、信息网络技术工具的运用、农村劳动力素质提高等,而数字鸿沟是导致区域差异的主要原因。农业信息化就绪度水平提高对我国农业经济效益提高有重要的促进作用。
【Purpose/significance】The paper discusses the path of the depth integration of information technology and agriculture, hoping to provide some useful references in promoting the development of agriculture in China. 【Method/process】Evaluation index system of agricultural informatization readiness is constructed to study the level of agricultural informatization readiness in China and the index weigh is determined by entropy method. Cluster analysis and correspondence analysis are used to study the regional differences.【Result/conclusion】China's agricultural informatization readiness increases gradually from 2003 to 2014, which can be divided into the initial stage, the development stage and the relatively mature stage. However, there are regional differences, The East has a relatively high agricultural informatization readiness, followed by the Middle, while the West is generally poor. Mainly due to the government work, the use of information network technology and tools and the improvement of rural labor's quality, the level of China's agricultural informatization readiness is increasing. While the existence of the digital divide is the main cause of regional differences.The empirical analysis also shows that, the improving of agricultural informatization readiness level has an important role in promoting the improvement of China's agricultural economic benefits.
