摘要
基于已有的文献研究、关键事件访谈及专家讨论的结果,初步确定了工程硕士职业胜任力的测量题项。在此基础上采用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析构建了工程硕士职业胜任力模型,包括业务处理能力、沟通与建立关系、学习与创新、职业道德、个性品质、客户服务导向六个维度,共计27个要素。通过开展职业胜任力自我评价发现工程硕士研究生在学习与创新维度及客户服务导向维度自评结果分值偏低。本研究结果为高校深化工程硕士人才培养模式改革,提高培养质量提供理论和实践参考。
Based on reviews on existing literature,interviews on critical incidents and expert opinions,the study primarily designs the questionnaire to measure career competences for engineering masters.Secondly,through analysis on exploratory and confirmatory factors,the paper establishes a career competency model for engineering masters composed of 27elements covering 6dimensions,namely,professional competence,interpersonal communication,learning and innovation,professional ethics,personality and customer service orientation.Through self-assessment of the career competence for engineering masters,it is argued that the scores of learning and innovation,and customer service orientation are relatively lower than other dimensions.The results provide theoretical and practical reference for colleges to deepen the reform on talent-cultivation mode of engineering masters and to improve the quality of cultivating engineering masters.
