高等农业教育特色发展对我国高等教育和农业发展具有重要意义。山西农业大学110年的发展历程就是一所地方农业院校追求特色发展的探索史,110年以来,山西农大共经历了铭贤学校时期、山西农学院时期和山西农业大学时期三个阶段,并逐步形成了:实践育人的人才培养特色,聚焦农业的科研特色,立足山西的社会服务特色,以及艰苦兴校的文化传承精神。由山西农业大学的发展史可以了解我国高等农业教育特色发展的总体情况,通过经验总结,可以理性思考高等农业教育特色发展的内在遵循,为我国高等农业教育的特色发展提供可借鉴的路径选择。

The characteristic development of agrihigher education is of significance to the higher educationdevelopment and agricultural development of our country. The 110 years history of Shanxi Agricultural Universityis a history of the exploration and pursuit of characteristic development on the part of local agri-university. Fromits history, a status quo of the characteristic development of Chinese agri-higher education can be generallylearned, and based on its experience, the mechanism behind the characteristic development can be studied,theresult of which can serve as reference for the path choice of characteristic development of agri-higher educationof our country.
