地方农业院校创新型人才培养模式探析

An Analysis on the Training Pattern of Innovative Talents for Local Agricultural Colleges

地方农业院校创新型人才培养,对于推动现代农业发展,服务农村经济社会发展,实现地方农业院校转型发展有着重要的现实意义。文章在分析地方农业院校创新型人才培养存在问题的基础上,从创新创业教育、创新能力培养两个维度,提出进一步完善现有的课程、实践、创业孵化体系,强化师资队伍、制度、资金保障等建议,建立完善地方农业院校创新型人才新模式。

The training of innovative talents for local agricultural colleges has a great realistic significance onthe development of modernized agriculture, economy and society in rural areas, as well as the transformation oflocal agricultural colleges. In this paper, we firstly analyzed the existing problems in the training of innovativetalents for local agricultural colleges. Based on the two dimensions of innovative entrepreneurship education andinnovation ability, we further improved the existing curriculum, practice and entrepreneurial incubation system.What's more, we strengthened the guarantee of faculty, system and fund in order to establish a novel and com-pleted pattern for the training of innovative talents for local agricultural colleges.
