摘要
作为实现山区教育脱贫的关键一环,教师队伍的发展需要社会持续广泛的关注。文章选择国家扶贫开发县——河北省秦皇岛市青龙满族自治县为研究对象,通过"生活""工作"和"未来发展"三个维度展现该县教师队伍现状的同时,揭示了"自然条件的限制""体制机制的僵化""物质条件的短缺"和"精神文化生活的缺乏"四大影响因素,并提出相应的对策和思考。
As one of the key parts in poverty alleviation in mountainous areas,the development of the teaching staff needs the continuous and extensive attention of the society.Choosing the national poverty alleviation county——Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County of Hebei Province as the example,the paper uses three aspects,including life,work and future development to show the present situation of the teaching staff there and reveal four influencing factors,including limitations of natural conditions,hysteresis and rigidities of system and mechanism,shortage of material conditions and lack of spiritual life.In the end the paper puts forward some countermeasures and reflections.
